We are so excited to take care of our community. We both live in Blanchard and have worked in and around this community for years. It is our goal to provide healthcare that is accessible and has the small town feel that most of us love about Blanchard and the surrounding areas. Amber Garrett, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Amber is a dual Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience, specializing in quality and performance improvement. At Hometown Healthcare, she applies her expertise to provide accessible, high-quality care with a personal, small-town touch.
Born and raised in Blanchard, Amber is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have four children. She is passionate about serving her community and ensuring every patient feels valued, supported, and cared for.

Lindsey Sheppard, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Lindsey is a board certified acute care and family nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience in practice. She has been a citizen of Blanchard, OK since 2017 and is passionate about bringing quality healthcare to her own community.
